Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Outlet items are in stock and available to ship within 1-2 business days of order receipt. 

Small package items will ship via FedEx and at check out, you can choose Ground, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air. 

For larger orders and all cabinetry, LTL (less then truckload) carriers will be used. The carrier can vary as we continually seek the best service and lowest rates for our customers. These shipments will typically include liftgate service and a delivery notification. Please note that the driver will not carry the goods into the business; they will be dropped off curbside. If you wish to add inside delivery to your order, please contact customer support. Additional charges will apply.

Collins makes every effort to package goods in an effective, safe manner. Nevertheless, goods can sometimes be damaged in transit. The freight companies put the responsibility onto the consignee to inspect the shipment upon receipt, and to clearly note any damages or shortages on the carrier’s bill of lading when signing for the shipment. Failure to note damage or shortages on the bill of lading at the time of delivery can adversely affect any subsequent claim.

Reconsignment to a different address than listed originally often results in significant additional shipping costs. As such, please verify that address entered at time of order placement is correct. Storage and attempted delivery fees can also be accrued if the location is unable to accept a shipment when the carrier attempts to deliver.

Returns:

Like New items are eligible for returns.  All other items are NOT eligible for return.  Please contact customer service to request to return any items. Return authorization number will be provided for all goods authorized for return and that RA number needs to be included on packaging and/or paperwork used for return to ensure shipment is not refused and credit isn’t delayed.

Eligible items can be returned if in new condition and in original packaging within 30 days of order receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. If item is returned in damaged or used condition, a larger restocking fee will be required that corresponds with the condition of the piece.

Bowls and plumbing components cannot be returned if they have been hooked up to water supply. Otherwise, can be returned with 30 days of order receipt, if in new condition and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. If item is returned in damaged or used condition, a larger restocking fee will be required that corresponds with the condition of the piece.

All dryers, processors, and steamers must be in new condition and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. If item is returned in damaged or used condition, a larger restocking fee will be required that corresponds with the condition of the piece. Electrical components are not eligible to be returned.
