Warranty for "Like New" items

Collins Beauty & Barber Equipment is carefully manufactured, thoroughly inspected, and guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

7.5 YEARS:   All USA-Made Foot-Operated hydraulic bases (cylinder only) are guaranteed for seven and one-half years from the date of purchase.

5 YEARS:   5250, 4250 & 3250 model hydraulic bases (cylinder only), Collins Comfort Zone anti-fatigue mats, Sol Air dryer motors & hoods, chair-back reclining mechanisms, and ABS Shampoo Bowls (cracking, not scratching) are guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase.

3 YEARS:   BKB Electric Base, cabinet hinges, and cabinet drawer slides are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase.

2 YEARS:   All Jeffco chair hydraulic bases (cylinder only), Jeffco K500, and Collins 2200 dryers. All Porcelain Shampoo Bowls and vacuum breakers and all Collins-Jeffco faucets are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.

1 YEAR:   All remaining components, unless noted otherwise, are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty for demo, showroom, trade show, seconds or otherwise less than perfect items

2 YEARS Porcelain Shampoo Bowl components (not the bowl itself)

30 DAYS All product mechanical and electrical functionality.
